PARK RULES

To enjoy a great day at our Lago Taurito water park, guests must comply with the following rules:

GENERAL RULES

Each attraction or facility is designed for a specific use, so the rules for use of each attraction and the other instructions distributed throughout the center must be followed. These rules, in addition to ensuring safety, are designed for greater enjoyment and hygiene within the park.

Picnics may be enjoyed in any area of ​​the park; bringing any type of glass, crystal, or ceramics into the park is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the park, nor is the use of any type of narcotic. Failure to comply with this rule will result in expulsion from the park.

Guests will not be allowed to enter or leave the park without their purchase receipt.

Hammocks may only be used in designated areas and their transfer to other areas is prohibited.

One hammock per person (included in the admission price). If a guest occupies more than their allotted number of hammocks, they will be charged the company’s estimated price for each additional hammock.

Most of the park’s attractions have mechanical and electrical components, so the company reserves the right to close attractions for maintenance without prior notice. In the event that one or more attractions are out of service, there will be no full or partial refund of the admission fee.

Guests will not be entitled to any refund of the admission fee once they have entered the park, in the event of a partial or total closure due to force majeure or weather conditions.

In the event of an accident or serious breakdown, or the threat of an explosive or other hazard, park management may decide to evacuate the premises for safety reasons. Guests may not demand a refund of their admission fee or any other reason.

The company reserves the right to change prices, discounts, or opening dates/hours at any time for reasons of its own or beyond the park’s control.

The company has a duty to provide first aid in the event of an accident.

In the interest of hygiene and safety, guests using the water attractions must wear swimwear and some upper body accessories if necessary.

Park management reserves the right to refuse admission and may also, if the conduct of one or more guests is inappropriate, expel them from the premises or for failure to comply with any of these rules.

For health and safety, all park and government health regulations must be followed.

REGULATIONS FOR USE IN POOLS FOR COLLECTIVE USE
  1. Children under six years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times, both in pools, attractions, and common areas.
  2. All users must shower before entering any pool.
  3. Users must wear bathing shoes in the locker rooms and restrooms.
  4. Users may not use any type of device such as radios, speakers, stereos, etc.
  5. Users must follow the instructions of the lifeguards in the pool area.
  6. Diving is prohibited anywhere in the park.
  7. The entire pool is marked with depth signs.
  8. The pool has a total capacity of 3,243 people.
  9. Our opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and are subject to change if the company deems it necessary without prior notice.
  10. The telephone numbers and addresses of the emergency services, the nearest health centers, and 112 are located at the park entrance, in the locker rooms, and in the park’s infirmary.
  11. Pets are not allowed.
  12. The use of glass containers is prohibited throughout the park.
  13. Complaint forms are available at the park entrance.
  14. In case of emergency, call 112 immediately.
  15. Babies in diapers will not be allowed to use the pools unless they wear special swim diapers for hygienic and sanitary reasons.
REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF SLIDES
  1. The park has several types of slides and water features suitable for different ages and sizes, distributed throughout the two pools of water.
  2. Each slide has a specification indicating the minimum height that the user must meet to use it.
  3. Users are required to follow all instructions given by the lifeguards both at the entrance to the slide and at the top, as well as upon exiting it.
  4. Users must exit directly from the buoy area once they reach the pool after using the slide.
  5. Children under 6 years of age must be accompanied or supervised when using the slides.
  6. Users must wear swimwear and no slippers when using the slides.
  7. The lifeguard will instruct each user on how to slide down the slide.
  8. It is strictly prohibited to slide down the slide without the lifeguard’s permission.
  9. Lifeguards must monitor the pool and slides to give users instructions to jump, ensuring the safety of all users.
  10. Users must respect the lines for accessing the slides.
  11. Users must go down the slides one at a time, except for the slides for younger ages.
